Andy’s Love Pickles is named after Mark’s mom, Andy Hopkins. Every year, Andy made her special recipe for family and friends during Christmas. Everything Andy does is done with love, hence the name Andy’s Love Pickles. We (Mark & Gail) began selling Andy’s Love Pickles at the Forest Lakes farmers market in the summer of 2025. Due to popular demand, we created a business in October, and by June 2026, we are now in 7 stores. We make 4 different types of Andy’s Love Pickles, but they all have the same delicious Honey-Hot flavor. As always, a portion of our proceeds will go to the Families of Fallen Firefighters.
